To order
To order products on Duris.ee, select the product you want and click on the “Add to cart” button. Once all the products you want have been selected, enter the shopping cart page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the corner of the page. You will now see all the products you have selected. You can change the quantities of the products or remove something from the basket if necessary. In addition, you will have the option to use a discount code, if available.
Next, go to the order page by clicking on the “Place order” button. To place an order, fill in the required address fields and select the appropriate delivery and payment method. By clicking on “Place order” you will be redirected to the page of the bank of your choice and after paying for your order, be sure to click on “Back to merchant”. The order has been placed and confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Payment methods

On Duris.ee you can find Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26 bank accounts.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will be redirected to the online bank of your choice after placing your order. You will be presented with a pre-filled payment order showing the amount due. Confirm the payment and then click on the “Back to merchant” button.
CREDIT CARDS
Duris.ee accepts Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (Securecode) credit cards. All you need to do to make a payment is to enter your card details.
GENERAL
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address, and we will issue the order upon payment.
Delivery to
CAN I RECEIVE MY PARCEL IN 1-3 DAYS?
If an order is placed on Duris.ee before 15.00 on a working day, the parcel will be dispatched on the same day, later orders the next day. If the order is placed on a Friday after 15.00, a public holiday or a Saturday/Sunday, the order will start its journey on the next working day.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
When you place your order, you can choose to collect your parcel from a parcel machine or a courier service.
In the case of a courier service, the courier will contact you on the day of arrival or the day before and specify the time of arrival.
In case of parcel delivery, an SMS with all the necessary information will be sent to the phone number indicated in the order, as soon as the parcel reaches the desired parcel locker.
FREE TRANSPORT
Free delivery to the parcel machine applies to orders over 50€.
Free shipping by courier applies to orders over 100€.
Return to
After receipt of the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop without giving any reason within 14 days. According to the law, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Among other things, cosmetics and perfumes in open packaging are not returnable.
In order to return the Goods, the Consumer must submit a free-form withdrawal request to orders@duris.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the Goods. If you wish to return two or more orders to Duris.ee in a single package, the free-form declaration to this effect must be included in the cancellation of purchase form sent to orders@duris.ee.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.
When returning goods, you must respect the following conditions:
- the returned goods must be in their original, correct manufacturer’s packaging;
- the product must be undamaged;
- the goods must be unused and retain their commercial appearance – labels must be intact, protective films must be torn, etc;
- the goods to be returned must be the same set as the one received by the buyer;
- place the products to be returned in additional protective packaging (for transport), e.g. a box or envelope.
The shipment must contain:
products (with labels and in their original packaging) and a Goods Withdrawal Form previously sent to orders@duris.ee.
When returning goods to Duris.ee, the return fee is 4 euros. The return fee shall be deducted from the amount of money returned to the Consumer.
Duris.ee shall return to the consumer all fees received from the consumer under the contract upon receipt of the cancellation notice without undue delay, but not later than 14 days, with the exception of the return fee of EUR 4.
